Photography is my lifelong passion. My goal is to capture life in all of it's beauty. I connected with photography in 1983 and it has been my goal to create images that create a relationship between the image and the viewer. Nothing is as filled with emotion and connection as a wedding day. I see photography as more than clicking a button; it's understanding the relationship between the subject, viewer, and moment in time.

Tina and I were born and raised in central Illinois. Being the youngest child of three, I realized how amazing photography records ones life and enable their story to be shared for generations to come. I love old photographs. Each one tells a story and you are pulled back in time.

I became the luckiest man in 1999 when I married Tina. That same year, Tina convinced me to share my passion with others through wedding photography. I spent the next two years shooting wedding and learning from a long time wedding photographer. I have been blessed with the honor of capturing hundreds of wedding day stories for my couples. Also since that time, Tina has gifted me two wonderful little boys.

Through the years, I have seen the value of the memories captured in photographs. Time passes fast, but it stands still in photographs.
