PICS for a CURE is an awareness effort to generate funds for cancer research through the craft of photography.
Funds are generated by Professional Photographer sponsors dedicating a portion for donation directly to their cancer charity of their choice.
Also, photographers participate to PICS for a CURE hosted fund raising events where net proceeds are donated to a cancer charity.
